I joined this group because I am interested in raw food and want to learn more. I don't know if I would ever go to a completely raw diet but I would like to incorporate more raw food into my diet.
Tell us a little about yourself. Are you new to raw food, or is it your lifestyle? Do you have a favorite raw recipe to share?
